Here is a helpful article on how to clear cookies and cache on all browsers. It is the cookies from our website that are causing the most issues for our PAC team logging in and also for some customers.

You do not need to clear your browsing history or download history. Only clear the items underlined in red-
For more advanced users you can search for the cookies from teepasnow.com and just clear those cookies. For each browser that is a slightly different process to get there.
For example, for Chrome
- Select three dots on far right of browser bar
- Select Settings
- From Menu on left select Privacy & Security
- Select Cookies and Other Site Data
- Scroll down and select See All Cookies and Site Data
- Type "teepasnow" in search box
- Click on garbage can icon to delete cookies from selected sites
