How do I sign up for a paid consultation?

In order to request a paid consultation/coaching, click on the link below.  Click on the plus sign to see the list of consultants and their bio.  Once you fill out the form, you will receive an invoice and there you can pay for the consultation.  Once paid, you will hear from your choice consultant and schedule a meeting.
